Who's up for Blue Milk

Given all the crap, mud slinging and now this latest salvo of childish nonsense from CBS/Paramount I've had enough! And no I'm not taking sides but one...against stupidity!

Given I served in the JAG Corp and I've seen far too much legal speak.
this latest bit is pure courtroom temper tantrum fall out, but of a childish nature!

This is what happened but I'll explain it as if five years old did it, becuase that's the maturity involved here!
They lost big time  in the courtroom, they lost from all sides. The lawyers slug mud at the walls and hoped people would stop and walk away.
they didn't.

So like a five year upset that others were playing in their sand box and building a bigger better sand castle and seeing people liked it more then them, they changed the rules for who could play and how they cold play in the sandbox and now point a finger and say 'they made me do it."

Grow up! These rules are aimed at one group and the last rule is pure junk...ie you can pick and choose who you want the rules to apply to...CBS/Paramount must really think Star Trek fans are retarded to not see through this last line!

So...given all this crap...Who's up for some stable "Blue Milk" while we watch a beloved intellectual respected franchise crash and burn at the hands of business and lawyers who know little or under stand what they have?

Last thing...must be Family suitable they say?  I believe Star Trek made the world gasp with the first interracial kiss on TV and THAT was not family suitable back then!

Drink up folks...the next Star Wars movie is just a few months away and the trailers look better than the 50th anniversary of the dying franchise....

I'm still a scifi fan at heart and the rank structure of the Navy in space still appeals.
