Lady Chandra, The Kali of War

Chandra is the only sister of the Mantorian Royal Council that not only share the same mother with Empress Seraphina but also the same father.

Chandra is one of the secondary Characters of my Book Series.

Her personality is quite simple. She's sadistic and cold-hearted but deep down, she's insecure.
